Pedro Subijana and Antonio San José


Pedro Subijana, the renowned chef and holder of three Michelin stars, will talk about his career at the helm of his restaurant Akelarre, among other subjects, with the journalist Antonio San José in this new session of "Conversations at the Fundación".

At the end of the interview, San José will ask Subijana to come up with three suggestions that, in his opinion, may help to improve society. The conversation will be accompanied by the projection of images relating to his guest’s career.
