The book Carta a las fundaciones españolas, written by Javier Gomá and published by the Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda and Editorial Pre-Textos, will be presented at the headquarters of the Fundación Juan March. The presentation will take place in the form of a round-table discussion featuring the participation of the author, together with Rafael Atienza and Teresa Sanjurjo.
Javier Gomá has been the Director of the Fundación Juan March since 2003. He was awarded the Premio Nacional de Ensayo (Spanish National Literature Award for Non-fiction) in 2004 for Imitación y experiencia (Pre-Textos, 2003). He is a patron of the Teatro Real and the Teatro de La Abadía Foundation. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Asociación Española de Fundaciones (Spanish Association of Foundations). He has just published a pocket edition of his Tetralogía de la ejemplaridad (Taurus, 2014).
Rafael Atienza, Marquis of Salvatierra, is Lieutenant Grand Master of the Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda.
Teresa Sanjurjo is Director of the Fundación Princesa de Asturias (Princess of Asturias Foundation). She was formerly Director of the Asociación Española de Fundaciones (Spanish Association of Foundations).
