The Centre for International Meetings on Biology endeavours actively and systematically to promote close cooperation and interaction among Spanish and foreign scientists working in the field of Biology.
The Centre had organized meetings, mainly in the form of workshops, lecture courses, symposia, and seminars. Many outstanding scientists, including 53Nobel Prize winners, had taken part in the Centre's activities.
