A selection of 34 works from the collection of the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg in Germany. Created between 1968 and 2000, the works are by sixteen of the most noted and influential artists of contemporary art: Nabuyoshi Araki, Richard Billingham, Christian Boltanski, Tony Cragg, Jan Dibbets, Peter Fischli / David Weiss, Andreas Gursky, Damien Hirst, Mario Merz, Bruce Nauman, Nam June Paik, Thomas Schütte, Cindy Sherman, Luc Tuymans and Jeff Wall. The exhibition is produced by Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg (Germany). On the eve of its fiftieth anniversary, the Fundación Juan March, which, save for rare occasions, has primarily dedicated its focus to art of the first-half of the twentieth century, now offers an international and multi-disciplinary overview that illustrates the coexistence and hybridization of different artistic languages and media: painting, sculpture, graphic art, photography, installation, and video.
