How to access the Library

The Spanish Contemporary Music and Theatre Library is exclusively open to the interested public and researchers in its specialised topics. To access the library you must register as a user. The library works with other libraries through Interlibrary Lending of material from its collections, and through the Reprography Service. It is an affiliate of the Spanish University Libraries Network (REBIUN) and a member of the Spanish Musical Documentation Association (AEDOM)

Executive team:


  • Specialised bibliographic reference and information about the collections.
  • Guidance and training on bibliographic resources.
  • Interlibrary lending.
  • Lending of materials for exhibitions and to institutions.
  • Reproduction of documents, depending on their characteristics and state of conservation, and applicable law.
  • On-site consultation and wifi access.
  • Guided visits with prior appointment.
