The philosopher, Director of the Fundación ÉTNOR and Professor of Ethics and Political Philosophy at the Universidad de Valencia, Adela Cortina, talks about her life and career with the teacher and philosopher José Antonio Marina. In this session, Professor Cortina discusses current affairs such as post-truth politics and the weakening of democracy, philosophy and ethics in curricula and corporate social responsibility. Several moral concepts and ideas that have been formulated in philosophy during her career are evaluated in her books, which include Ética mínima (1986), Ética aplicada y democracia radical (1993), Ética de la razón cordial: educar en la ciudadanía en el siglo XXI (2014) and, more recently, Aporofobia, el rechazo al pobre (2017).
