Alberto Corazón: "What I wanted to be is an inventor"

Alberto Corazón in conversation with Antonio San José

Designer, painter and sculptor Alberto Corazón (Madrid, 1942) shares his professional career and comments on several milestones of his work as a designer: the Telefónica Domo telephone, the design of the graphic identity and maps of the RENFE Cercanías network in Madrid, Anaya's textbooks and the ONCE logo. He also gives his vision of the history and present of design. Corazón hopes that "perhaps, at some point, design will be a science of knowledge", so that this discipline will not depend on aesthetics. To conclude, he talks about his paintings.
