Cortazar's Rayuela in music

Federico Lechner Quintet (Federico Lechner, piano; Guillermo Lancelotti, trumpet; Andreas Prittwitz, clarinet and saxophone; Antonio "Toño" Miguel, contrabass & Andrés Litwin, drums)

It don't mean a Thing, Blue Interlude and I ain't got nobody

Jazz, which pervades the pages of Rayuela, formed the backbone of this concert. The video features a selection of songs from the recital, including one of Duke Ellington and Irving Mills’ most beautiful creations, Benny Carter’s sensual Blue Interlude and the ironic I Ain't Got Nobody by Spencer Williams and Roger Graham, which ties in with the personality of the novel’s main character, Horacio Oliveira.
