In this dialogue with Antonio San José, Carlos Saura will talk about his childhood, his family, his years as a student and teacher at the Escuela de Cine de Madrid (Madrid Film School), and his friendship with Luis Buñuel, Luis García Berlanga and Elías Querejeta. A conversation about his great passions (which include photography and flamenco) and which focuses on his extensive filmography, highlighting his experimentation with the documentary and musical genres, and paying particular attention to his films Cría cuervos ("Raise Ravens") (1975) and Fados (2007). He proposes enhancing culture and health as basic elements for society.
