Ana María Valderrama, violin; Luis del Valle, piano. Presenter: Fernando Palacios
Rhythm (the ordered succession of elements) is one of the musical parameters explicitly present in Paul Klee’s art. In some instances, Klee resorts to his direct experiences with music to create his works of art. Using a selection of works by Shostakovich and Bartók, this video reflects the different analogies between the music that can be heard and some of Klee’s paintings.
