The essayist and literary translator Rosa Sala Rose will discuss the interdependence between the life and literary works of Thomas Mann. Sala Rose has translated some of the German author’s works into Spanish, including La voluntad de ser feliz y otros relatos and Hermano Hitler y otros escritos sobre la cuestión judía, as well as Hermann Kurzke’s biography Thomas Mann. La vida como obra de arte. Una biografía (Thomas Mann. Das Leben als Kunstwerk).
