The essayist and Professor of Aesthetics at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Amador Vega, a specialist in Western mystics and aesthetics, will discuss the figure of the Majorcan philosopher and poet Ramón Llull (1272-1316) in two lectures, in commemoration of the 700th anniversary of his death. Among the topics analysed will be his trips, polemics with Jewish, Christian and Muslim philosophers, the repercussion of his work and his pupils.
