This series took place onFrom to

Continuing with the review of the life, work and period of great figures in literature, we come to the poet and humanist Francesco Petrarch (1304-1374), the main represenative, together with Giovanni Boccaccio, of the Italian literary Trecento. Petrarchism would influence poets like the Spaniard Garcilaso de la Vega or the Englishman William Shakespeare. Professor Francisco Rico will take us on a journey through the life, work and times of the Italian writer.
