Under the title Rosa Immaculata, the Coro Gulbenkian performs a program of Marian polyphony illustrating the musical exchange that existed between Portugal and Spain in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The program consists of works by the Spanish composers Francisco Guerrero and Francisco Garro, and the Portuguese composers Duarte Lobo and Estêvão de Brito.
