Clara Schumann: Three romances Op. 22
Clara Schumann dedicated her Three Romances Op. 22 (1853) to the violinist Joseph Joachim. The first of them evokes the gypsy style and the quotes the "Robert motive" in its final section. The second is spirited in nature and the third reflects the composer’s melodic talent.
